You like the Yamaha MT-01 for the simple reason that it's one of the most aggressive looking motorcycles ever made. Look at this monster: http://www.yamaha-motor.ca/products/products.php?model=2136#contentTop. It's like someone grounded a cobra gunship and made it street legal. Mount a few hellfire missiles in a sidecar, and you're ready to topple dictators.
The 01 was first revealed in Tokyo as a concept bike (pic here: www.motorcycledaily.com/yammt.html), but as you can see, they changed little bringing it to market. How does it ride? Don't know - reviews are largely positive - but that's not the point. You could air-drop this bad boy into remotest Borneo, and the headhunters would found an entire religion based on worshipping it.
