Tomahawk

You like having a tool that's as handy in the kitchen as it is on the battlefield (and no, I'm not talking about the subsonic, Tomahawk cruise missile - although you should see how that bad boy shreds cabbage for cole slaw).

The 'hawk in question is the small hatchet that became a favorite trading item when Europeans hit North America's shores (replicas: http://www.gransfors.com/downloads/pdf/product_leafle_tomahawk_eng.pdf). It can shave your beard, flip a pancake, cut kindling and brain a mad trapper quicker than you can say "Last of the Mohicans." Hell, you'll use it every day. Say a co-worker is struggling to open a tin of coffee. "I can take care of that," you offer. You draw your tomahawk and split the soft metal can wide open. The aroma of fresh grounds wafts through the office.

Can you say "promotion"?
